Another Wagner Baby: 17 Weeks

Image
How far along: 17 weeks! Gender: I can't wait to find out in a couple weeks! I have a super strong feeling that I know what we're having! Weight gain: My OB is really unhappy with my weight gain, which is kind of surprising to me because I lost more weight when I was pregnant with Daphne and didn't really ever gain a lot of it back. I have a weight check with her next week (what am I a wrestler??). I've gained 3 lbs. this week putting my total weight loss at just -1 lbs. Maternity clothes: Definitely yes on the maternity jeans, or at least sweatpants and leggings. I wore a maternity top this past week but most of them are still a bit too big for my bump at this point. Stretch marks: None yet from this pregnancy. I have started using the same lotion that I used when I was pregnant with Daphne (The Body Shop: Moringa body butter) and also coconut oil to prevent any more stretch marks. Belly button in or out: In mostly but pretty shallow. Sleep: I've been sleeping pre…

How far along: 16 weeks! Gender: Finding out at my 20 week appointment, after Valentines weekend!Weight gain: I've gained another 3 lbs. this week. My doctor is still concerned about my weight gain so I go back for a weight check appointment in two weeks. I feel like I've been eating/drinking a good amount, so it surprises me that I'm not gaining like she wants me to. My total weight loss at this point is -4 lbs. Maternity clothes: My old maternity jeans with the demi band are fitting better so I've been wearing those along with sweatpants and leggings. I don't need to wear maternity shirts just yet. Stretch marks: None yet from this pregnancy. Belly button in or out: In. My bump is typically bigger in the evenings so my belly button has been flat pretty much every evening. Sleep: I've been sleeping much better this week, now that my asthma is more under control! I have been surprisingly comfortable sleeping on my back. Best moment this week: I chopped off abou…

Another Wagner Baby: Week 15

Daphne wanted to sneak in for this week's bump picture!

How far along: 15 weeks! Gender: Finding out at 20 weeks! Weight gain: I've gained 5 lbs. this week! Putting my weight loss at -7 lbs.  Maternity clothes: I'm still wearing mostly sweat pants and leggings. I have a pair of maternity jeans that I wore with Daphne with a demi waist band but the band feels too tight. I went to Old Navy this week and picked up the exact same pair but with a full panel band. It definitely fits better than just buying a bigger size, but the actual jeans are still a bit loose and I'm not quite big enough yet to keep the panel up at all times. Stretch marks: I have a few on my sides from being pregnant with Daphne but none so far with this baby!Belly button in or out: In. Sleep: For the most part I have been sleeping well this week! I have been using peace + calming essential oil and I really think that its helped. I've also had a few nights this week where I basically haven't sle…

Another Wagner Baby: Week 14

How far along: 14 weeks! Gender: I have felt like I knew from the beginning what we were having, and we did get a "guess" from our sonogram tech at our 12 week appointment. But we don't officially find out until 20 weeks. Weight gain: As of 8 weeks I had lost 12 lbs. (I opted to take progesterone supplements during the first trimester, as I did with Daphne's pregnancy - which intensified the nausea). By 10 weeks I had gained 5 lbs., but now at 14 weeks I have lost another 5 lbs. So I'm back at having lost a total of 12 lbs. so far. Maternity clothes: I have been hanging out at the house most of the time so I've really been in leggings and pajama pants mostly. However I do have my maternity pants from my pregnancy with Daphne which I have been wearing but the band feels too tight, I purchased the next size up but now they're too big. So I need to find a good pair of maternity jeans that doesn't dig into my baby bump! Stretch marks: Yes, but I don't…
